# Muhju

> Muhju is a Swiss architect working in digital art, with roots in web3 and NFT art, whose Renaissance 2.0 reimagines classical grandeur through digital works and physical artifacts.

Muhju is a Swiss architect and digital artist, born in 1997 and based in Zurich. Muhju studied architecture at ETH Zurich and continues to practise architecture. The art began during those studies and has developed alongside the profession. Born digital, Muhju's work first found collectors and success in the web3 and NFT art space, then gained a footing in the traditional art world. Muhju works to bring these worlds together through Renaissance 2.0, convinced that the future of art is digital.

## Renaissance 2.0

Renaissance 2.0 is Muhju's own art style and idea, drawing on ancient Greece and Rome, the Renaissance and the Baroque. Every piece begins as sculpture, modeled by hand in 3D so that light and perspective hold. The render is then edited and painted digitally in 2D, pass after pass. Monumental architecture, mythology, angels, battles and allegory shape the scenes. The idea also extends into physical objects, including the silver Cendre Bracelet of 2026.
